Naz Jansezian,
Director of Operations
Naz Jansezian manages the day to day operations of Solar
Energy Masters. He oversees the departments of customer
service, marketing and sales, and coordinates the technical
teams. He has studied advanced solar energy photovoltaic
systems under professors Edgar Ruiz, Peter Parrish, Ph.D.,
and Stuart Cooley. A graduate of California State Polytechnic
University, Pomona (cum laude), he has over twenty years
experience in management. He has successfully completed
the associate-level examination administered by the
North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners.
Along with his work at Solar Energy Masters, Naz is currently studying business strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, and other management-related subjects in the Masters in Business Administration program at the world-renowned Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
In addition, Naz serves on the energy commission of the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed).
Richard C. Nicholson,
Director of Construction
Richard C. Nicholson is Director of Construction at Solar Energy Masters. For more than twenty years, Mr. Nicholson has served as a general contractor, active throughout all the regions of Southern California. Mr. Nicholson is responsible for directing the installations of our PV solar energy systems including design and installation.

and Installation Crews
Our design, permitting, installation, and quality control personnel have installed more than five hundred photovoltaic (PV) energy systems and have wide experience in all types of properties – residential, commercial, and non-profit. In addition, they are well acquainted with the procedures of the local jurisdictions in Southern California in the areas of permitting and inspection. They proudly put their experience, training, and zeal for excellence at the service of our clients.
